Vonokit Tablet – (20mg+1000mg+500mg)

Consuming alcohol while taking Vonoprazan + Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).

Based on findings from animal studies and observational studies in pregnant women with use of clarithromycin, use of this triple pack is not recommended in pregnant women except in clinical circumstances where no alternative therapy is appropriate.

There are no data regarding the presence of vonoprazan in human milk, the effects on the breastfed infant or the effects on milk production. Vonoprazan and its metabolites are present in animal study

Vonoprazan + Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Pylotrip can have side effects and the symptoms (such as allergic reactions, dizziness and convulsions) may make you unfit to drive.

Vonoprazan + Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pylotrip may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of this medicine is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Vonoprazan + Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pylotrip may not be needed in these patients.
