Consuming alcohol with Fodexil 500 does not cause any harmful side effects.

Fodexil 500 is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Fodexil 500 is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby. Avoid prolonged use of Fodexil 500, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea.

It is not known whether Fodexil 500 alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Fodexil 500 should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fodexil 500 may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Fodexil 500 is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Fodexil 500 may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
