Almex 400 may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Almex 400 is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Almex 400 may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Almex 400 should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Almex 400 may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Inform your doctor if you develop signs of jaundice like yellowing of eyes and skin, itching, and clay colored stools while taking this medicine.
