Diltizem SR 90 is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Diltizem SR 90 may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Diltizem SR 90 is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Diltizem SR 90 is recommended. However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advised while you are taking this medicine.

Diltizem SR 90 should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Diltizem SR 90 may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
