Calcitrol 0.25 does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Calcitrol 0.25 should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Calcitrol 0.25 may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, regular monitoring of phosphate levels may be advised while you are taking this medicine.

Calcitrol 0.25 is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Calcitrol 0.25 is recommended.
