Alphapress XR 5 may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Alphapress XR 5 is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Alphapress XR 5 may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. Alphapress XR 5 may be started with a low dose and then increased further. Regular blood pressure monitoring is advisable for dose adjustment.
