Warranty/Guarantee Policy:
- This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal usage within the warranty/guarantee period.
- Warranty/Guarantee period will depend on the different policies of different companies. So the warranty guarantee issue of your product will be processed within 7 to 30 working days.
- You are required to present the warranty/guarantee card along with the money receipt, and box to avail the warranty/guarantee service.
- To avail the warranty/guarantee service, you have to drop the product at our location by yourself and your own expense.
- The warranty doesn’t cover damages resulting from
– Negligence of users, natural disaster, fire, accident, short circuit, or unforeseen circumstances such as wetting, contamination, lighting, etc.
– Product being damaged by alteration, adjustment, and repair by an unauthorised person.
– Damages caused by usages of unauthorised accessories such as batteries, voltage converters, etc.
– Personal alteration of this card. The warranty/guarantee card will not be reissued in the event of loss.

- If you purchase our product from any e-commerce site like Daraz, Ajkerdeal, etc, you can’t claim any warranty/guarantee from us until that e-commerce site pays us for that product.
ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি নীতি
শর্তাবলী:
১। এই ওয়ারেন্টিটি, ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি সময়ের মধ্যে স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত যে কোন উৎপাদিত ত্রুটি এবং ত্রুটিগুলিকে কভার করে।
২। ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি সময়কাল বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির বিভিন্ন নীতির উপর নির্ভর করবে। তাই আপনার পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি গ্যারান্টি ইস্যুটি ৭ থেকে ৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
৩। ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি পরিষেবা পেতে আপনাকে অর্থের রসিদ এবং বক্স সহ ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি কার্ড উপস্থাপন করতে হবে।
৪। ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি পরিষেবা পেতে, আপনাকে নিজের এবং নিজের খরচে আমাদের অবস্থানে পণ্যটি ড্রপ করতে হবে।
৫। ওয়ারেন্টিতে, যে সব ক্ষতিগুলো হলে কভার করবে না:
– ব্যবহারকারীদের অবহেলা, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, আগুন, দুর্ঘটনা, শর্ট সার্কিট বা অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতি যেমন ভেজা, দূষণ, আলো ইত্যাদি।
– অনোনুমোদিত ব্যক্তির দ্বারা পরিবর্তন, সমন্বয় এবং মেরামতের দ্বারা পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে।
– ব্যাটারি, ভোল্টেজ কনভার্টার ইত্যাদির মতো অনোনুমোদিত আনুষাঙ্গিক ব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি হলে।
– এই কার্ডের ব্যক্তিগত পরিবর্তন হলে।
৬। হারানোর ক্ষেত্রে অর্থাৎ ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি কার্ড হারিয়ে গেলে ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি কার্ড পুনরায় জারি করা হবে না। ৭। আপনি যদি Daraz, Ajkerdeal, ইত্যাদির মতো যেকোনো ই-কমার্স সাইট থেকে আমাদের পণ্য ক্রয় করেন, তাহলে আপনি আমাদের কাছ থেকে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি দাবি করতে পারবেন না যতক্ষণ না সেই ই-কমার্স সাইটটি সেই পণ্যের জন্য আমাদের অর্থ প্রদান করে।
