Return and Refund Policy

V Shop Limited offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Under this policy, unopened and unused items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return window will be listed in the returns section of the order, once delivered.

-If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Terms are not eligible for return under the following circumstances:

1. If items have been opened, partially used, or disfigured. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery before opening and using it.
2. If the item’s packaging/box or seal has been tampered with. Do not accept the delivery if the package appears to be tampered with.
3. If it is mentioned on the product details page that the item is non-returnable.
4. If the return window for items in order has expired. No items can be returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
5. If any accessories supplied with the items are missing please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. If the item does not have the original serial number/UPC number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time of delivery.
7. If there is any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
8. If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.
9. Any refrigerated items like insulin or products that are heat sensitive are non-returnable.
10. Items related to baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, and sexual wellness such as but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometer strips, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits,tynor, Samson product etc.
11. If it’s an electrical device and problems (e.g. Breaking, malfunctioning due to always battery attachment, leakage due to excess pressure, burning of an electrical circuit) occurred then it won’t be allowed under this policy. Other hazards arising from customers due to negligence in the usage of the product the customer have to send it to our address by the customer. If a hazard occurs from the ‘V Shop’ then the company will bear the delivery charge.
12. For orthopaedics products(tynor, Samson,others), sincerely confirm the size required for you because the size of the products won’t be changed after receiving the product.
13. For device-related issues after use, products can be accepted for warranty/guarantee.
14. Change of mind won’t be accepted after receiving the product.

Refund method:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If eligible for a refund, your refund will be disbursed within 1-7 banking days.
3. If for any reason our product price is higher than the MRP on the product, you should register a complaint about the excess price within 48 hours. If your complaint is upheld then the excess amount paid by you will be refunded by bKash within 7 banking days.

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি

V Shop Limited আমাদের সাথে অর্ডার করা আইটেমগুলির জন্য একটি নমনীয় রিটার্ন নীতি অফার করে। এই নীতির অধীনে, না খোলা এবং অব্যবহৃত আইটেমগুলি ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে 7 দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে। একবার ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে রিটার্ন উইন্ডোটি অর্ডারের রিটার্ন বিভাগে তালিকাভুক্ত করা হবে।

-যদি আপনার পণ্যটি ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ হয়, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারির 48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান।

নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য নয় এমন শর্তাবলি দেয়া হলোঃ

১। আইটেম খোলা হয়েছে, আংশিকভাবে ব্যবহৃত, বা বিকৃত করা হয়েছে। প্যাকেজটি খোলার এবং ব্যবহার করার আগে ডেলিভারির সময় সাবধানে চেক করুন।

২। যদি আইটেমটির প্যাকেজিং/বাক্স বা সীলকে টেম্পার করা হয়। যদি প্যাকেজের সাথে বিকৃত করা হয় বলে মনে হয় তবে ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ করবেন না।

৩। যদি পণ্যের বিবরণ পৃষ্ঠায় উল্লেখ করা থাকে যে আইটেমটি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

৪। যদি অর্ডারের আইটেমগুলির জন্য রিটার্ন উইন্ডোর মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে যায়। ৫। ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে 7 দিন পর কোনো আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।

৭। যদি আইটেমগুলির সাথে সরবরাহ করা কোনো আনুষাঙ্গিক অনুপস্থিত থাকে তবে দয়া করে ডেলিভারির 48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান।

৮। যদি আইটেমটিতে আসল সিরিয়াল নম্বর/ইউপিসি নম্বর/বারকোড না থাকে, যা ডেলিভারির সময় উপস্থিত ছিল।

৯। যদি কোন ক্ষতি/ত্রুটি থাকে যা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেই।

দৃশ্যমান অপব্যবহারের কারণে জিনিসটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে।

১০। যেকোন রেফ্রিজারেটেড আইটেম যেমন ইনসুলিন বা পণ্য যা তাপ সংবেদনশীল তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

১১। শিশুর যত্ন, খাদ্য ও পুষ্টি, স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ডিভাইস এবং যৌন সুস্থতার সাথে সম্পর্কিত আইটেম যেমন ডায়াপার, স্বাস্থ্য পানীয়, স্বাস্থ্য পরিপূরক, গ্লুকোমিটার স্ট্রিপ, কনডম, গর্ভাবস্থা/উর্বরতা কিট, টাইনর, স্যামসন ইত্যাদির মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়।

১২। যদি এটি একটি বৈদ্যুতিক ডিভাইস হয় এবং সমস্যা (যেমন, ব্রেকিং, সর্বদা ব্যাটারি সংযুক্তির কারণে ত্রুটি, অতিরিক্ত চাপের কারণে ফুটো হওয়া, বৈদ্যুতিক সার্কিট জ্বলে যাওয়া) ঘটে থাকে তবে এই নীতির অধীনে এটি অনুমোদিত হবে না। পণ্যের ব্যবহারে অবহেলার কারণে গ্রাহকদের থেকে উদ্ভূত অন্যান্য বিপদগুলি গ্রাহককে গ্রাহককে আমাদের ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে। যদি ‘ভি শপ’ থেকে কোনো বিপত্তি ঘটে তাহলে কোম্পানি ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করবে।

১৩। অর্থোপেডিক পণ্যগুলির জন্য (টাইনর, স্যামসন, অন্যান্য), আন্তরিকভাবে আপনার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় আকারটি নিশ্চিত করুন কারণ পণ্যটি পাওয়ার পরে পণ্যগুলির আকার পরিবর্তন করা হবে না।

১৪। ব্যবহারের পরে ডিভাইস-সম্পর্কিত সমস্যার জন্য, পণ্যগুলি ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টির জন্য গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে।

১৫। পণ্য গ্রহণের পরে মানসিক পরিবর্তন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

ফেরত পদ্ধতি:

১। একবার আপনার রিটার্ন প্রাপ্ত প্রোডাক্ট গৃহীত হলে এবং পরিদর্শন করা হলে, আমরা আপনাকে আপনার রিফান্ডের অনুমোদন বা প্রত্যাখ্যান সম্পর্কে অবহিত করব।

২। টাকা ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য হলে, আপনার ফেরত 1-7 ব্যাঙ্কিং দিনের মধ্যে বিতরণ করা হবে।

৩। যদি কোনো কারণে আমাদের পণ্যের মূল্য পণ্যের এমআরপি থেকে বেশি হয়, তাহলে আপনাকে 48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে অতিরিক্ত মূল্যের বিষয়ে একটি অভিযোগ নথিভুক্ত করতে হবে। যদি আপনার অভিযোগ বহাল থাকে তাহলে আপনার দ্বারা প্রদত্ত অতিরিক্ত অর্থ বিকাশের মাধ্যমে 7 ব্যাঙ্কিং দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
