Revira 500 is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Revira 500 is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Revira 500 may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Revira 500 should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Revira 500 may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Drink plenty of water while you are taking this medicine to lower the side effects on the kidney.

Revira 500 is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Revira 500 is recommended.
