Prazolok ER 2.5 is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Prazolok ER 2.5 may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. Prazolok ER 2.5 may be started with a low dose and then increased further. Regular blood pressure monitoring is advisable for dose adjustment.
