Partial to complete suppression of lactation was seen in mothers on the treatment with Perkidopa 275, but when the treatment was stopped, lactation returned to normal levels.

Perkidopa 275 may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. As Perkidopa 275 may cause dizziness, drowsiness, double vision, which may affect your ability to react which may affect your ability to drive.

Perkidopa 275 is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Perkidopa 275 may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
