The HY-803 integrated dental unit adopts a high-quality polyether water hose and trachea which is resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion. The dental chair is equipped with a MOTION DC motor, so it is stable and durable. 803 dental chair is equipped with infrared induction dual control reflective LED intraoral cameras. And 803 dental chair uses PU seamless leather fabric which is smooth and durable. The workbench is equipped with many high-quality components such as PVC pads, silicone keypads, and aluminum alloy self-locking arms.

• Fully computer-controlled operation. The dental chair has automatic reset, patient position, and special memory functions. The main control board and sub-control board are both equipped with computer keys and an instrument tray mat.
• The power system uses a Taiwanese linear silent motor, with an overall height adjustment time period of only 9 seconds. The power system does not require any maintenance.

Main Operation Panel

• The handpiece is placed underneath and is equipped with a water adjustment button for each handpiece. An instrument tray with a silicone soft mat is also equipped, with an oversized tool table used to place more treatment tools.
• The dental chair is equipped with a low-voltage dental X-ray viewer with a balanced luminosity, making it easy for dentists to carry out the clinical treatment.
• The chair has a three-way syringe (water, gas, water mist) for use with cold or hot water, and a head that can be removed for easy cleaning and disinfection.
• The chair is equipped with an infrared-induction LED intraoral camera with adjustable intensity. The dental chair has a built-in pure water system that can also switch tap water usage.
• Through the use of a multifunctional pedal, you can simply and efficiently control the chair lift, backrest pitch, working status of the handpiece, the quantity of handpiece water, chip air, and water supply for a spittoon.
• The preventing resorption system of handpieces can prevent internal infection of handpiece pipelines because of handpiece resorption.

Assistant Operation Panel

• Assistant operated frame is equipped and its moving range is wide. There are 15 function buttons, including computer keys that control the operation of the flushing spittoon, rinsing, the automatic resetting of the dental chair, and the closing of the patient position and oral light. In addition, the chair is equipped with a suction saliva ejector valve, which has an intensity control button in order to facilitate control of the suction flow.

Spittoon

• Spittoon is made of melamine food-grade materials. The integral removable spittoon, whose body adopts a smooth design without sharp edges, can rotate 90 degrees for easy cleaning and disinfection.

Water supply system
The water supply system can switch between pure water and tap water. It can directly connect to the hospital’s purified water system. In addition, the system has pipeline disinfection equipment to ensure water quality and safety. It is equipped with 2 water bottles to improve work efficiency.

Optional ground box
The ground box is movable and located on the side of the dental chair. The main box is made with a vacuum-formed technique, ensuring the box is corrosion resistant and will not fade. It also makes the assistant frame easy to operate with four hands, as well as easy to maintain.

An optional ground box can be installed on the dental chair, with the two being coordinated together to take up a small space. It is equipped with one switch for the control of water, gas and electricity, and will automatically drain to keep the air dry.
