Doxorubicin PhaRes may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Doxorubicin PhaRes is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Doxorubicin PhaRes is recommended. Caution is advised in patients with severe kidney disease as the information available is limited for use of this medicine in these patients.

Doxorubicin PhaRes should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Doxorubicin PhaRes may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Doxorubicin PhaRes is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
