Acimec Injection (Vet) 25ml

Acimec Injection is a veterinary antiparasitic medication containing Ivermectin as its active ingredient. Ivermectin is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic effective against various internal and external parasites in animals.

Composition:

• Active Ingredient: Ivermectin 10 mg/ml

Indications: Acimec Injection is indicated for the treatment and control of the following parasites in cattle, buffalo, horses, goats, sheep, and dogs:

• Gastrointestinal Roundworms: Including Ostertagia ostertagi and other related species.
• Lungworms: Effective against various lungworm species.
• Grubs: Targets larvae of certain fly species.
• Sucking Lice and Mange Mites: Controls external parasites causing discomfort and skin issues.

Dosage and Administration:

• Cattle and Buffalo: Administer 1 ml per 50 kg of body weight as a single subcutaneous injection. A booster dose may be repeated at 14 to 28-day intervals if necessary.
• Horses, Goats, Sheep, and Dogs: Administer 1 ml per 50 kg of body weight as a single subcutaneous injection. Repeat the dose at 14 to 28-day intervals if required.

Storage Recommendations:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
• Ensure the product is stored out of reach of children and unauthorized personnel.
