Xpos 100 DR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Xpos 100 DR may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. As you may feel dizzy, sleepy, or have blurred vision while taking Xpos 100 DR, which may affect your ability to drive.

Xpos 100 DR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Xpos 100 DR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests is advised while taking this medicine. Use of Xpos 100 DR is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe kidney disease.

Xpos 100 DR is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Xpos 100 DR may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
