Dexonex is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Dexonex may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Dexonex may cause dizziness (vertigo). Changes in your eyesight or muscle weakness may also happen. This may affect your driving ability.

Dexonex is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Dexonex may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests and other blood tests is advisable while you are taking Dexonex.

Dexonex should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dexonex may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
