Tablet: Salazine (500mg)

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Salazine 500.

Salazine 500 is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Salazine 500 is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Salazine 500 does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Salazine 500 should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Salazine 500 may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests is advisable while you are taking this medicine.

Salazine 500 is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
