14. ত্রুটি রিপোর্টিং এবং প্রতিক্রিয়া

18. সমাপ্তি

শর্তাবলীতে উল্লিখিত কোন শর্ত বা শর্তের কোম্পানির দ্বারা কোন মওকুফকে এই ধরনের মেয়াদ বা শর্তের আরও বা অব্যাহত মওকুফ বা অন্য কোন শর্ত বা শর্তের মওকুফ বলে গণ্য করা হবে না এবং শর্তাবলীর অধীনে কোন অধিকার বা বিধান জাহির করতে কোম্পানির ব্যর্থতা হবে এই ধরনের অধিকার বা বিধান একটি মওকুফ গঠন করবে না।
