Customer Relations Specialist

Oversee existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction; to develop and maintain an open and meaningful customer feedback loop; and monitor company progress.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the services they purchased as well as the level of service they received.
  • Answer client questions, assess product or service problems, and resolve issues in a variety of ways using best judgment.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s service offerings within existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain an effective method for gaining client feedback as to satisfaction and needs.
  • Research, analyze and suggest solutions to non-routine claim issues.
  • Facilitate prompt complaint resolution through direct contact with brokers and upper management.
  • Preparing valuations of customer portfolios by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data obtained from customer’s portfolio.
  • Assist with other related duties.

Work Environment – The working conditions of this position include working in a remote fashion and autonomous environment. The environment must be free of distractions and provide a space to conduct business in a confidential manner. Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team in a remote environment.
